​Ken North also known as "Your BBQ Guy", is Southern Raised having lived in the South all of his life. The Southern culture from where he is from is a hodgepodge of so many cultures including but not limited to Asian, Cajun, Creole, Italian, Sicilian, French, and good ole Southern Folks. From his humble kitchen Ken North embarked on a flavor-filled journey that transformed him into the go-to "BBQ Guy". With a palate for perfection, Ken delved deep into the art and science of barbecue, crafting a lineup of Blends that have since become a staple at grills and kitchens across the nation.
It all started with a simple quest: to elevate the natural flavors of beef, chicken, and vegetables, transcending the ordinary grilling experience. Before long, Ken's kitchen became a laboratory of spices, where each blend was meticulously mixed and matched until the flavors sung. What set his Blends apart was not just their ability to enhance the inherent tastes of meats on grills and in smokers, but their versatility in all dishes ie soups, stews, chilis, gumbos, roasts, etc. Every Blend, from the smoky and savory to the sweet and spicy, promises to elevate your creations to new heights without all the salt of other seasoning blends.
